My mother is a retired holistic doctor and I am aware when there is not a reliable medical treatment for an illness there is an all natural one. I have done extensive research and found an effective treatment for the virus. I know, because so far it has helped several people who have used it recover, including my husband. My knowledge also prevented me from being infected with the virus while I treated him.
If your symptoms reach a serious level, such as a high fever or persistent cough, seek medical attention from a doctor at a medical facility.
First things first, what the doctors and CDC is not telling people. Did you know that the human ear canal is connected to the throat? If you can’t find a cross sectional anatomy image of the ears, nose and throat think about this; when you are in a cold environment and you breathe in, you can feel the cold in your ear canals. Also, in the play Hamlet, the king is killed by his brother, who poured poison in his ear while he slept. It drained down into his throat and then his stomach which resulted in his demise.
Here is my point; wearing a mask that only covers your nose and mouth is almost useless, because your ears are not covered you can still breath the airborne germs in. I wear masks that have a Velcro closure in the back. They wrap around my head covering my mouth, nose and ears. If you can’t find one, wear earplugs, cover your ears with mitts or cut 1 inch square pieces of Kleenex and roll them into a ball then insert them like an earplug. When you’re safe at home remove and throw them away daily.
Adults
Black Elderberry: an anti-viral herb and an immune booster to be taken in the morning, mid-day and night; follow dosage amount on label
Liquid Lobelia: for all things respiratory; decongestant, anti-inflammatory, expectorant; POWERFUL: 7 drops three times daily
Vitamin C: an immune booster; 500 mg every four hours while awake because the body processes this vitamin within 5 hours or in simple terms, after 5 hours there is no vitamin C in your body even if you take 3,000 mg, it's all gone. There is buffered vitamin C that is easy on the stomach.
Zinc: an immune booster that is also vital to your sense of taste and smell; one dose in the morning of 8mg for women, 11 mg for men
Curcumin with Black Pepper: an extract from the spice Turmeric that is for pain and it reduces inflammation of the heart and lungs; one dose of 400 mg nightly
Vitamin D3: an immune booster; ONLY ONE DOSE in the morning of 5,000 iu’s
Some people prefer this at night instead of Lobelia, because it can cause drowsiness. The following can be found in a single supplement. The first three are important. Take for sinus drainage and immune support:
Quercetin: 1,000 mg
Nettle (Stinging Nettle): 250 mg
Bromelain: 150 mg
Pantothenic Acid: 200 mg
FOR ALL AGES
The Mayo Clinic discovered soaking in an Epsom salt bath removes toxins from the body; therefore doing so expedites recovery from the virus and a multitude of illnesses. Stay in a cool environment, drink fluids to avoid dehydration and get plenty of rest. For fever the best thing to take is Tylenol and Children's Tylenol. While it is not all natural it is gentle and considered safe for pregnant women to take.
Infants, Toddlers and Children
This is VERY IMPORTANT. You have to find liquids made for the above age groups. The bottle will read infant, kids or toddlers and children. If you cannot find infants, kids can be used at a much lower dosage.
Black Elderberry: to be taken in the morning and at night; follow dosage amount on label
Vitamin C: follow the recommended dosage amount for child’s age or weight and divide it in half so it can be taken in the morning, noon and night.
Vitamin D3: this is a VERY POWERFUL vitamin; infants and toddlers should be given ONLY ONE DROP IN THE MORNING. For children, follow dosage for weight and age.
Echinacea: for sinus drainage; follow dosage amount on label.
Note: since an infant cannot blow its nose one must purchase a nasal aspirator to pull the drainage from their sinus cavities. I recommend a battery powered one. Also, while soaking your little one in the Epsom salt bath, don’t take your eyes off a newborn or infant for one second unless it is in a bathing apparatus, then you can for maybe three seconds. Newborns should be on a bathing incline. Infants who can sit up should be in a baby bath seat.
